Our products are made predominately out of natural materials, all handcrafted.  We make no representation or guarantee that products will appear exactly as any other, wood in particular presents many variations, including (but not limited to) knots, texture and grain. We cannot control or guarantee the exact look of any board or product.

Natural products respond to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting, these changes can sometimes be noticeable in the physical appearance or operation of the product.  Hemp rope in particular can shrink when very wet and this may tighten the connections between parts of the furniture.  If left out in prolonged periods of wet weather we always recommend allowing the furniture to dry naturally before folding/unfolding.

Product Disclaimer 

Our products are designed and made to be used for their intended purpose, chairs and tables are not intended to be used to stand or balance on.  If products fold, they should be fully unfolded, intact and checked for sturdiness before use.  When unfolding, care must be taken to ensure nothing is trapped in between any parts of the item.  Products must not be modified in any way, as this could potentially weaken them.

In no event shall we be liable for injury or damages from the use or misuse of our products, if a product is deemed by us to be defective within a period of twelve months from date of sale it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
